This notice regards the management of information collected by The McCalmon Group Inc. (“McCalmon”), as licensor of the website ("Site"). McCalmon may license use of the Site to a third-party organization (“Sponsor”) who may customize the Site and make it available to their clients, customers, and others related to their organization. Information received and utilized depends primarily upon user activity when visiting the Site. This notice does not pertain to information collected by McCalmon in ways or methods outside of the use of the Site.
TYPES OF USERS
There are three types of users of the Site:
- Users who are registered onto the Site, are approved by McCalmon or approved by a Sponsor to use the Site, and are provided a valid username and password.
- Users with access to the Site’s Premium Services are referred to as Subscribers. Premium Services are content and services available for purchase from McCalmon or purchased by a Sponsor on behalf of a user.

THE INFORMATION COLLECTED
The Site does not automatically collect personally identifiable information from each user, Subscriber, or non-subscriber who visits the public access pages of the Site.
The Site does track the number of visits to the Site by a user or Subscriber. McCalmon does compile statistics on the numbers and frequency of visitors to the Site. These statistics are used to improve the Site and provide information to the Sponsor regarding usage of a licensed Site. These statistics are general in nature and do not provide specific information about users.
McCalmon collects information on specific organizations and personal data of individual users. Information about specific organizations is provided to a Sponsor to determine usage by that organization. Additionally, an organization or employer who is utilizing the Site may view personal data submitted by individual users as well as their usage including, but not limited to, usage of the online training services and how well the user performed.
More specific information is collected from Subscribers, including email addresses, preferably work email addresses, and other information for identification and communication purposes. Email addresses are used to provide information to Subscribers about the Site, including new content posted onto the Site. This specific information allows us to assist with customer service and technical support issues or to follow up after a visit to the Site.
The Site does recognize the home server of non-subscribers, but not email addresses.
